A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administration Assistant to join our Brisbane team. Working in this fast paced, dynamic environment, your responsibilities will include:

 

• Liaising with internal and external parties

continuously during the day organizing assessments

 

• Organising follow ups

 

• Handling invoices

 

• Producing reports as required

 

• All other administration functions as needed

 

To be successful in this position, you must have:

 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

 

• The ability to prioritise tasks

 

• Be customer service and quality focused

 

• Be PC literate in Word and Excel

 

This role would suit someone with some administration experience in an office environment.
