Amendments to the Workers' Compensation Regulations |

The Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Regulations 1982 have been amended to give effect to a number of the changes delivered by the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Amendment Act 2011.
The amended Regulations provide for:
- amendment to a number of the forms used in the settlement process, common law matters, and other prescribed forms;
- matters relating to some dispute resolution processes including legal costs; and
- provisions in respect to modified penalties for new offences created by the Workers' Compensation and Injury Management Amendment Act 2011.
